Q: How and where do I receive the keys?
A: You will receive the keys at the day of your arrival. Our manager will be waiting for you at the apartmentto give you the keys. If you need 2
keys then inform us before.
Q: When do I pay for the rent?
We advice you to pay rest of payment as soon as possible because we do not want to spend your time during next days of your vacations or business trip. If you already made prepayment then you can pay next day or later. But if you get apartment without prepayment then you should pay after you will receive keys.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we do. We can offer discounts to our regular clients. Please contact us to discuss the details.
Q: Do I need a visa for Ukraine?
A: You must arrange a visa with their embassy in your country. You usually
require a formal letter of invitation from a tourist company, and to
have booked somewhere to stay before you will be granted a visa.
